The Design Thinking methodology is a simple framework that encourages diverse thinking to identify effective solutions to solve a problem or better meet customer need. It encourages participants to be more people-centric when solving problems through an experiential process. A typical design thinking process involves the following stages: define, research, ideate, prototype, choose, implement and learn. It is an iterative process designed to obtain quick feedback to identify the best solution through empathy and collaboration. In my presentation I will try to show that using the Design Thinking approach can make your work feel like a sandbox and at the same time helps to define unique solutions.
